Eligibility for Returns 

Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging properly intact. 

  • All tags, labels, and boxes must be sent back in their original state. 
     
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. 
     
  • Return requests should be made within 48 hours from the delivery date. Please contact our support team within this period to initiate the process. 
     
  • Items not meeting these standards will be declined for return. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Request 
Send us an email with your Order ID and the reason for return at solventrotechnologies@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Images 
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, kindly attach clear photos to help us process the request quickly. 

Step 3: Follow the Provided Instructions 
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the complete return process with you. 

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

After receiving your returned product, our team will verify it against the return conditions. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

In cases where the returned item does not fully meet the requirements (for example, minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be offered at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product 

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos or videos of the issue with us via email so we can resolve it swiftly.
